Studies show that volunteering can have a positive impact on your child\u2019s learning, attendance and attitude, while showing that you are directly interested in their school and education. Being a volunteer provides an opportunity to build a closer connection to our school community <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We are grateful for our outstanding volunteers. Their contributions make a tremendous difference to our students and school whilst also providing a wonderful platform for parents, caregivers, and staff to connect.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We understand the pressures of everyday living and therefore cherish any involvement no matter how small. Volunteers are needed to assist students with their cooking skills and learning about the variety of plants we cultivate.\n<\/p><p>Our Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden hold markets throughout the year selling goodies made with school grown produce and plants. The course is called Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) and as a volunteer you are required to complete the Fundamentals course.<\/p>\n<p>This free training is available through Plink an online learning management system used within the Department for Education South Australia.
