Out of School Hours Care
The Heights Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) provides Before School Care, After School Care, Pupil Free Day and Vacation Care to Preschool and Primary School aged children. The service is licensed for a maximum of 105 places per session for all types of care.

Cancellation Policy
• A minimum of three (3) days' notice is required to cancel a booking to avoid cancellation charges. Weekends are not included in the three-day notice period.
• For Vacation Care, a minimum of one (1) week's notice is required to cancel a booking to avoid cancellation charges. Weekends are not included in the notice period.
Late Collection Fee
• A late collection fee of $30 will apply for the first 10 minutes after the session closing time.
• An additional $50 will be charged for every subsequent 10-minute period, or part thereof, until the child is collected.
